Synergie CB Inc. is an advisory firm founded in 2021 by Stéphane Cadorette, M.Sc. CPA Auditor, and Catherine Bergeron, CPA, MBA, Tax Specialist, whose purpose is to provide multidisciplinary services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Co-Founder of Synergie CB Inc., Catherine works as a tax accountant to guide you through each of your business projects, regardless of their scope.
She is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, as well as a Graduate Diploma (DESS) in Taxation from Université de Sherbrooke.
Over the past 15 years, she has practiced taxation within large and mid-sized accounting firms, developing solid expertise that she now puts to work for her clients. Her areas of expertise range from assisting with corporate reorganizations — whether for tax optimization purposes or for sale, purchase, or succession integration transactions — to any other tax matter affecting entrepreneurs.
In addition, she has developed expertise in estate and will planning, deceased tax returns, and estate settlement, in order to support her clients through the final transfer of their assets to their heirs.

As Co-Founder of Synergie CB Inc., Stéphane has developed expertise with small and medium-sized businesses for over 15 years and works with a diverse clientele.
A member of the Ordre des CPA, he also holds a Master's degree in Management Science from HEC Montréal, which allows him to support entrepreneurs in their various business projects and decisions.
In addition to offering assurance and taxation services to SMEs and non-profit organizations, he excels at identifying client needs and providing personalized advice. He can handle the full accounting cycle and assist entrepreneurs with their internal management.
Before becoming a partner at Synergie CB Inc., Stéphane was a senior manager at a mid-sized accounting firm where he advised clients across several different industries. This allowed him to strengthen his expertise in internal control analysis, business valuation, and financial forecast preparation for financing purposes.
Rigorous, dedicated, and available, he brings a breath of fresh air to clients with new and innovative ideas.
